Job Scope:
Employee Benefits Management
- Assist with annual insurance renewal exercise
- Handle enquiries that staff may encounter on medical and leave benefits, work injuries, insurance claims and other HR related matters
- Monitor and tracking the claims and leave utilizations and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Provide support in the C&B Team in their remuneration and payroll processes.
- Participate in surveys and benchmarking exercise to ensure C&B practices are aligned with market practices and Management's direction.
- Other ad hoc project related work assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in grant management or C&B function.
