Job Scope/Requirements:
To handler recruitment administration, to conduct interview up to executive
level
Prepare salary proposal for new hire (up to Level 2.3)
Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation,
transfer, promotion, etc.
To manage the staff resignation / end of contract and exit clearance matters
Administration on Foreign workers work pass renewal, dormitory, MYE
administration
Administration on employee insurance
Overtime processing
Conduct regular briefing on company policy and procedure
Prepare HR related report and office administration
Others task and duties as assign by superior
