Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment activities, while also supporting core HR operations to ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
    Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Follow up with candidates and internal Management to close positions within timelines

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and hiring MIS

  • Coordinate offer roll-out, acceptance, and joining formalities

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives


HR Operations (Secondary Focus)

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

  • Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management

  • Handle employee communication and HR-related coordination

  • Support in employee engagement activities

  • Support in day-to-day HR operational activities



Requirements

  • Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of HR operations and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR trackers
  • PreferredPrior experience in handling Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

  • 3–4 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operations

  • Experience in manufacturing or corporate hiring will be an added advantage.
