Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment activities, while also supporting core HR operations to ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersFollow up with candidates and internal Management to close positions within timelines
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and hiring MIS
Coordinate offer roll-out, acceptance, and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
HR Operations (Secondary Focus)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management
Handle employee communication and HR-related coordination
Support in employee engagement activities
Support in day-to-day HR operational activities
Requirements
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Working knowledge of HR operations and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR trackers
- PreferredPrior experience in handling Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms
Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
3–4 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operations
Experience in manufacturing or corporate hiring will be an added advantage.
