Job Description
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles (sourcing to offer rollout). 
  • Act as the single point of contact for all HR-related activities within the organization. 
  • Manage joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and employee records. 
  • Handle exit formalities including resignations, exit interviews, and clearance coordination. 
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance adherence. 
  • Implement and manage HR policies, processes, and documentation. 
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives independently. 
  • Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR support. 
  • Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and reports. 



Requirements

  • 1.5 – 2 years of HR Generalist experience. 

  • Mandatory experience in both Tech & Non-Tech hiring. 
  • Ability to independently manage HR operations with minimal supervision. 
  • Knowledge of onboarding, exits, HR documentation, and basic compliance. 
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and website assets. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines. Develop and maintain consistent branding across all visual materials. Design infographics, presentations, and promotional materials to support sales and marketing initiatives. Optimize graphics for various platforms, including responsive design for web and mobile. Stay updated with design trends and tools to produce fresh, innovative work.
