Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
