Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance.
- Provide HR advisory to stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Deliver HR services relating to employee relations, full cycle of recruitment, performance matters, compensation and benefits matters.
- Champion engagement initiatives, support organizational change initiatives with business transformations and ensuring effective communication.
- Support long-term workforce planning, staff development, and implement people strategies aligned with the firm's policies.
- Identify people-related challenges and translate needs into actionable HR initiatives.
- Leverage data, analytics, talent assessments, and external benchmarks to provide critical insights to recommend improvements and elevate HR service delivery.
- Any other matters that may require assistance from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
- Hands-on experience managing large workforce and worked in fast-paced environments preferred.
- Familiar with HR systems and recruitment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and embrace change.
