Job Description

Your Job Tasks:

  • Translate the HR business plans into operational plans and lead the HR planning process in Europe region

  • Ensure the development and implementation of HR programs such as manpower planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, compensation & benefit schemes for Europe region derived from Global HR policy and other corporate directives

  • Determine and implement labour relations. Oversee labour and employee relations activities to ensure positive and productive relations are maintained.

  • Advise the Management in the field of labour law in Europe region

  • Ensure compliance to corporate directives and employment legislation within Europe region and establish standard operation procedures to ensure proper documentation and control.

  • Act as coach on HR issues to the Management and executives
