We are looking for an
HR Assistant
to support a dynamic and growing environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate all recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
- Draft and issue employment contracts and other HR documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, including guidance on enrollment and changes.
- Support payroll activities in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
- Maintain HR systems updated with employee data, including absence management.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding processes for monthly new joiners.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
