We are looking for an
HR Assistant
to support a dynamic and growing environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate all recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts and other HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, including guidance on enrollment and changes.
  • Support payroll activities in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
  • Maintain HR systems updated with employee data, including absence management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding processes for monthly new joiners.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
