At Munro Footwear Group, MFG, we're looking for a proactive and organised HR Generalist to support the day-to-day operations of our HR Team, on a -month Fixed Term contract.



About the role


Reporting to the People Services Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You'll be a trusted point of contact, supporting everything from onboarding through to offboarding, while also contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives and projects.

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operational support, responding to employee and manager queries via phone and email across general HR matters, including policy and Award interpretation, grievance support, performance and personal injury;

  • Provide practical, compliance-led advice and coaching to stakeholders on ER-related matters and shadow People Services Manager on escalated cases;
