People Business Partner

The People Business Partner will work across various organisational functions to support People Team initiatives, effectively resolve employee relations matters and enhance the employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the business and provide expert people business partnering, support and advice to ensure people are highly engaged, performing and working together to achieve Simpro Group’s mission and strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise, coaching, advice and guidance to improve business efficiency.
• Provide guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of employment legislation to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with the employment solicitors when required.
