Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Bilingual spoken and written - French and English (English is required to communicate with colleagues in the United States, as well as at the Global level)
  • Strong understanding of Quebec labour law and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
