Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions across the organization. This role ensures smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, administers compensation and benefits programs, maintains employee records, and fosters positive employee relations. The HR Generalist will also ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Manage ID and Certificate of Employment (COE) requests. Monitor compliance with document submissions and requirements.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Implement and monitor company-initiated benefits and compensation programs.
