Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The individual will focus on high energy with experience and knowledge of Human Resources & Office Management.  The professional main responsibilities will be:
  • Recruitment - Coordinate job requests, interviewing, updating Recruitment system, and hiring.   
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Lead, plan, and execute welfare activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Management of service providers in the administrative field.
  • Organizing material for management, payment control to suppliers, invoices.
  • Coordinate the daily needs of employees.
  • Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field. A Master's degree highly desired.
