Reporting to the Human Resources Manager , this role will support the HR function at the Store Support Centre (SSC) in the areas of staffing, associate development, claims management, reporting, and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and the offer process for SSC positions.
Support the SSC HR team with writing and compiling offer packages and entering new hires in WorkDay.
Support the HRM with coordination of mid-year or annual review processes and reporting.
Coordinate and distribute associate service awards and assist with other recognition programs.
Support HRBP and business functions with the ACA process.
