Reporting to the Human Resources Manager , this role will support the HR function at the Store Support Centre (SSC) in the areas of staffing, associate development, claims management, reporting, and other administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and the offer process for SSC positions.

  • Support the SSC HR team with writing and compiling offer packages and entering new hires in WorkDay.

  • Support the HRM with coordination of mid-year or annual review processes and reporting.

  • Coordinate and distribute associate service awards and assist with other recognition programs.

  • Support HRBP and business functions with the ACA process.
