HR Generalist

Reporting to: Head of People

We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support the Head of People with the day-to-day delivery of HR across the group. This is a varied, hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration, performance processes, and the implementation of policies and procedures that help standardise and streamline how we work.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the daily operation of the HR function.

  • Coordinating recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR systems.

  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries.

  • Administering appraisals, probation reviews, and absence tracking.

  • Assisting with the rollout and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

  • Providing accurate data and documentation for payroll and reporting.
