HR Generalist - Co. Down - Permanent MCS Group is currently supporting a manufacturing business in the appointment of an HR Generalist to join its people team at a pivotal point in the organisation's development. The Role - Managing absence processes, including monitoring trends, advising managers, and supporting return-to-work processes - Supporting recruitment and retention activity - Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations - Supporting payroll administration and employee data changes - Preparing HR reports, metrics, and insights to support the SLT - Drafting and updating HR policies and documentation - Supporting the management of the ATS and HR systems - Contributing to the development of a wider people strategy The Ideal Candidate - 3-5 years' HR experience, ideally in a generalist or ER-focused role - Confident managing employee relations in a practical, pragmatic way - The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmen...
