Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing resumes, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Support attendance tracking, and leave management
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
- Support exit formalities and full & final settlements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MBA in HR) is preferred
