HR Generalist

Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Journalist who can document, curate, and communicate people stories, HR initiatives, and organizational culture through impactful content. The role also supports core HR compliance documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content on HR policies, employee stories, culture, and leadership initiatives

Cover internal events, plant activities, CSR programs, and workforce milestones

Draft articles, newsletters, interviews, blogs, and internal announcements

Coordinate with HR and Management to capture on-ground stories and narratives

Support employer branding through content for internal portals, LinkedIn, and company communications

Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation linked to statutory compliance

Support PF and ESIC compliance documentation, employee communication, and audit readiness
