Hr Generalist

HR GENERALIST-CUM-RECRUITER ( PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)

The Recruiter cum HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with

supporting core HR operations. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth employee lifecycle

management, and compliance with HR policies. Candidate should have a background from a

Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Industry is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

 Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job

descriptions.

 Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs), referrals,

consultancies, and social platforms.

 Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.

2. Onboarding & Induction

 Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
