Job Description

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including HRMS updates.
  • Payroll Management: Handle monthly payroll processing, payroll inputs, validations, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and applicable labour laws.
  • HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and support internal/external audits.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support internal recruitment/staffing activities and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a key HR point of contact for employees, finance, vendors, and management.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
  • Good understanding of HR operations and Indian labour laws
  • Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Excel
