What You’ll Be Doing (Your Superpowers)
Own the end-to-end HR lifecycle – hiring to exit (and everything in between)
Handle recruitment & onboarding for tech and non-tech roles
Be the go-to person for employee engagement, culture & vibes
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leaves & HR documentation
Ensure HR policies, compliance & labour law basics are in place
Act as a bridge between management and employees
