💼 What You’ll Be Doing (Your Superpowers)
- Own the end-to-end HR lifecycle – hiring to exit (and everything in between)
- Handle recruitment & onboarding for tech and non-tech roles
- Be the go-to person for employee engagement, culture & vibes
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leaves & HR documentation
- Ensure HR policies, compliance & labour law basics are in place
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
