HR Generalist

Your mission
As an HR Generalist (m/f/d) at our Finnish site, you will take on a cross-border role and be part of a team whose members work in different locations. You will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR activities. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the comprehensive HR support of our entire site in Finland, both strategically and operationally.
• You develop and implement HR strategies and processes to ensure proper administrative execution of personnel measures.
• You advise managers and executives on labor law and personnel management issues.
• You contribute to various HR projects and help continuously improve our HR processes.
