What you’ll do:
- Coordinate hiring & onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, contracts & HR documents
- Manage attendance, leave & payroll inputs
- Track statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops Act)
- Handle employee relations, PIP & exits
- Share monthly HR & compliance reports with the CEO
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years HR generalist experience
- Previous HR experience in IT / Software company is mandatory
- Strong documentation & Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws
