We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, and will play a key role in supporting our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles or generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
