This full-time HR Generalist (Mid–Senior Level) role is responsible for overseeing and supporting a wide range of Human Resources functions for Polymer Link (Phils.,) INC . This role plays a key part in ensuring effective HR operations, strong employee relations, and compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, in collaboration with hiring managers and other HR tasks as needed

Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience

Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately and confidentially, using company filing systems and spreadsheets
