In this role you will support the HRBP in implementing HR processes and ensuring alignment with company needs. You will assist in applying policies, manage recruiting support, and provide cross-functional HR support across PMS campaigns, training, industrial relations, and administration. You will gather data for reports and maintain HR records and software. This position offers exposure to Spain-based HR operations within Trevi Group and contributes to compliant, efficient HR management.
