  • Manage and execute end to end recruitment process
  • Execute strategies and polcies for talent acquisition and management
  • Monitor, execute and track onboarding cycle of new employees
  • Assist in pre-exit requirements of exiting employees, offboarding process
  • Assist in training & development initiatives
  • Spearhead and assist in various engagement activities and programs
  • Assist in Government related HR functions/HR Administrative functions
  • Assist in retention campaigns
  • Provide HR & Admin Support to employees
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Overall assistance within the department and HR administrative work support
  • Handle and manage HR projects as assigned to you
