Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or an equivalent is required.
  • At least 2-3 years work experience is preferred.
  • Was able to experienced all facets of HR.
  • Knowledge with HRIS is a plus.
  • Recruitment, Payroll and benefits, labor relations, training and development, employee relations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office application, basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
