Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or an equivalent is required.
- At least 2-3 years work experience is preferred.
- Was able to experienced all facets of HR.
- Knowledge with HRIS is a plus.
- Recruitment, Payroll and benefits, labor relations, training and development, employee relations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office application, basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
