Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business management, or related field
  • At least 6 month of experience in an HR related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities

Job summary:

  • Identifying, screening, and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation for various HR Functions
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
  • Leave Credits availments Monitoring
