Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business management, or related field
- At least 6 month of experience in an HR related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities
Job summary:
- Identifying, screening, and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation for various HR Functions
- Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Accurate and timely preparation of payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
- Leave Credits availments Monitoring
