Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including onsite support at retail locations
- Schedule: Monday: Office-based reporting and audit prep at Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila); Tuesday to Saturday: Onsite audits and fieldwork as scheduled
