This is a full -time on -site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Mexico City, Mexico. The HR Generalist will handle a variety of tasks including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role involves maintaining compliance with HR regulations, supporting employee relations, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    <\/li>
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM -CP, PHR) are a plus
