This position will play a key role in the operational management of the department, supporting processes related to personnel administration, payroll, HR information systems, and employee support—serving both corporate offices and the Retail team.
- Works closely with the Business/Function within his/her scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements.
- Preparation of ordinary payrolls through the TRESS
- Administration of Life Insurance Policies, Major Medical Insurance, Pantry Vouchers
- Experience in recruitment processes, training, labor relations, compensation, communication, events and management of personnel transportation, dining, surveillance and cleaning suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of federal labor law and use of internal work regulations.
- Experience in handling labor terminations and conflict resolution.
- High focus on personnel management
- Management of strategies to improve Human Resources indicators.
- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Human Resources management within manufacturing plants
- Strong knowledge of labor laws
- Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources processes
