Summary/Objective
The HR Generalist aids with and facilitates daily HR operations. This role is responsible for administrating policies, programs, and practices covering all aspects of human resources including but not limited to employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, training, benefits and compliance. The HR Generalist acts as a trusted partner to employees and management.

Essential Roles
- Serve as point of contact for employees’ concerns and inquiries
- Coach and support supervisors in handling employee relations issues
- Coordinate full life cycle recruiting to include job posting, screening candidates, managing offers, and onboarding.
