Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is excited to partner with a growing company in Illinois to place a Human Resource Generalist on a direct hire basis. The Human Resource Generalist will be stepping in to HR to handle on boarding of all new hires and PRN staff. The position will also cover all HR compliance, employee relations, investigations, FMLA, workman's comp, disability, unemployment claims, etc...This position is onsite day to day and will be an important part of the continued growth of the organization.
