Job Description

The HR Generalist Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while supporting core HR functions such as employee records management, benefits administration, and statutory compliance. This role ensures payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for employees, including regular, overtime, holiday, night differential, and special pay Ensure accurate computation and timely remittance of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax) Maintain and update employee payroll records, compensation changes, and deductions Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for payroll funding, posting, and reconciliation Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly Prepare payroll reports, journals, and summaries for management and audit purposes Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies Assist in HR functio...
