Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
- Hands‑on experience with HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, or compliance
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
