Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
  • Hands‑on experience with HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, or compliance
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
