Main Tasks
Manage employee and former employee cases within HR systems using specialized knowledge.Process internal employee movements in systems such as SuccessFactors, TRESS, and related platforms.Provide expert support across HR processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Ensure proper handling and consistency of digital employee documentation.Enter, update, and validate employee data across multiple HR systems.Track and ensure timely creation of employee profiles, system access, and user accounts.Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders (Local HR, HRMs, Recruitment, candidates, employees, vendors, and internal teams).Provide guidance to internal clients on HR processes, best practices, and required actions.
