We are looking for a **Senior Human Resources Generalist**to join our team and support three Flavors Latinamerica facilities (Tlalnepantla, Celaya and Costa Rica), 240 full time employees in average.
**What you’ll do**:
- HR support will be in the areas of talent acquisition, on-boarding/off-boarding, organizational changes, Labor relations (union conditions) HRIS, employee relations, training, and compensation and benefits.
- Responsible to develop and maintain deep knowledge of all key HR tools, systems and processes. Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance System, Recruiting System, Training & Development system, and other related HR processes and tools.
