What you'll do:

HRBPs provide expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning. They serve as a bridge between management and employees, handling HR issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. Communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

What is required:

*Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. *Proved 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions. *Full professional proficiency in English. *Extended knowledge of employment laws and practices.
