HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all human resources functions within a busy manufacturing environment. This role acts as the strategic “people partner” on‑site, working closely with plant leadership to drive engagement, support recruitment, ensure compliance, and champion a positive workplace culture.What We Offer:

Hourly Rate: $31.75-$41.50 based on experience and schedule.

Flexible scheduling options – Preferred 5 days a week – Willing to consider 3 days (Mon/Thurs are mandatory)
