Position : HR Generalist Support Service

Job Details:

  • Salary: Open (market-aligned)
  • Contract: 12 months (with possible extension)
  • Shift: Americas / Night Shift (flexible)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
  • Location: Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower, Makati City Metro Manila

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years experience as an HR Generalist (performance management, recruitment, onboarding)
  • Experience in end-to-end hiring and interview coordination
  • Familiar with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow required
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employee records, and basic labor compliance
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee movements, and benefits administration
  • Experience working in an international company / shared services
