Role Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions. This role also ensures effective implementation of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance processes to support the companys growth in the logistics industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with timekeeping, payroll processes, labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR compliance standards.
