Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment ensuring adherence to internal standards and local labor regulations.
- Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, background checks, medical examinations, and HC approvals.
- Execute the full onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Training & Development
- Assess capability gaps and coordinate training programs to address technical and soft‑skill needs.
