Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment ensuring adherence to internal standards and local labor regulations.
  • Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, background checks, medical examinations, and HC approvals.
  • Execute the full onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.

Training & Development

  • Assess capability gaps and coordinate training programs to address technical and soft‑skill needs.
  • Support performance management activities and S&D/9‑box processes.
