Overview:
HR Generalist with prior experience working with IT Services and/or Staff Augmentation companies in the US region, is preferred.
The candidate will support the US Recruitment Team based in India.
Support Internal Hiring, HR Topics, and US Operations.
Responsibilities:
Strategize, build, and focus on programs to build company culture and attract the best talent into our workforce
This person will work closely with the executive leadership to drive these mission-critical programs.
Ensure an efficient recruitment/interviewing function to maintain adequate staffing at all levels and to ensure the uniform and equitable application of Human Resources policies and procedures.
