Reports To: Operations Director.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic ,proactive and multitasking HR Generalist / HR Executive to support various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing company events.
