Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage and drive end-to-end HR operations, policy governance, compliance, talent management, and employee relations across manufacturing units and corporate offices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Strategy & Corporate Governance:

  • Implement corporate HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across all manufacturing plants and offices
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational design
  • Drive HR standardization while accommodating plant-level operational needs
