We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant with a project management mindset to support the Head of Human Resources. This role sits at the intersection of HR leadership, governance, and program execution, ensuring strategic people initiatives are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time. The role requires strong planning skills, stakeholder coordination, data orientation, and the ability to drive follow-ups across multiple HR programs. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
