Job Description
Culture & Leadership: Champion company values, build leadership development programs, and foster a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition: Lead TA across tech and business roles, build scalable hiring processes, and drive employer branding. HR Business Partnering: Guide HRBPs to deliver strategic people solutions, drive engagement, performance, and career development. Organizational Development: Build competency frameworks, learning programs, and succession planning aligned with business goals. HR Operations & Compliance: Establish scalable HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence. The Successful Applicant
10-15 years of progressive HR experience in IT services and/or startup environments. Proven success in building and scaling HR functions from early stages. Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Organizational Development. Certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus. Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a builder mindset.
