  • Culture & Leadership: Champion company values, build leadership development programs, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead TA across tech and business roles, build scalable hiring processes, and drive employer branding.
  • HR Business Partnering: Guide HRBPs to deliver strategic people solutions, drive engagement, performance, and career development.
  • Organizational Development: Build competency frameworks, learning programs, and succession planning aligned with business goals.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Establish scalable HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience in IT services and/or startup environments.
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR functions from early stages.
  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Organizational Development.
  • Certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a builder mindset.
